For myself I cook mainly small casserole type dishes. Chicken, fish and vegies with rice, beans or pasta. I can bake too, but don't do much of that. I inherited my mother's recipes which are blue ribbon winners. No kidding, she won a bunch of them at the state fair over the years. I will, and have, eat just about anything. Raw oysters, liver and onions, pickled pigs feet and just about anything that walks, crawls, swims or flys.
"Baked Chicken of Fear." Email me and I'll send you the recipe. It is not for the faint of heart.
Retired art teacher, former professional musician (during the '70's) also worked as a architectural draftsman, small businessman and landlord. I love my son, music, art, nature, cooking, gardening, dogs, cats, birds and showers. I hate ignorance, bigotry, small minded people and most of my neighbors. I am an ordained minister and an ascetic gnostic. I grew up on a farm in the Midwest and now I live in a small, college town. I am single and love to cook. Hence the cookbook. I hope you enjoy my recipes.
