Italian/seafood/meats/veggies from my garden!!
age 8: FORGOTTEN COOKIES. My Gram had a Recipe for these cookies - they were simple, but at 8 I screwed it up. You'd preheat the oven. I forget the exact receipe but it went something like this:::: EGG WHITES, POWDER SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, VANILLA AND COC CHIPS. You'd beat the egg whites to a whip-peaks, fold in the sugar, baking powder and vanilla + choc chips. You'd then drop them on baking pan in spoonful peaks - place in the oven, turn the oven off, and "FORGET ABOUT THEM" until the AM. Hence the name. Man, I screwed that one up. It was like one big melted snow pancake ;-)
I'm a thousand things or nothing at all . . .Im just a girl who loves life, nature, animals, insects, art, crafts, gardening, cooking...all the simple pleasures of life. All that is under appreciated and over looked I adore. Take the time to stop and stare-smell the roses!!
