Cooking Italian, country (biscuits and gravy) and many other interesting things is always a pleasure in our home. We are a Greek family so I cook may Greek recipes as well and I get many compliments.
One time we hosted a party for my step daughter she had turned 40. Her husband was in charge of everything except the food, drinks and house. I supplied all of that. He was to send out the invitation, give direction and get her to the house. Well, he said he sent out the invitation he said with the directions. I decorated the house, had the pool ready, food for 40 and plenty to drink. The problem was no one showed. Except for them and us.
A women who has cooked for many. With 4 grandchildren I have been very experienced in making something out of nothing and everyone enjoying it. I have made vegatable that the children did not even taste in the food or said they didn't like and turned out eating seconds. I love pleasing people pallet with different recipes and trying anything on anyone.
