Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Corn
  • 1 15 oz can Cream Style Corn
  • 2 12 ounce cans Boned Chicken
  • 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 7 oz cans Mushroom Stems and Pieces
  • 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 5 oz can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 16 oz can Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Open all cans. DO NOT DRAIN. Pour into a large (at least 3 quart) sauce pan. Stir well. Cover. Heat for 20 minutes on medium heat, then reduce to low for another 10 minutes.

Keep all ingredients in the pantry until ready to . Great if company arrives unexpectedly.
