{Derkies mess} pork stew

Ingredients

  • 5 5 thin pork chops
  • 5 5 large carrots
  • 2 2 large onions
  • 4 4 large potatoes
  • 1 1 small head of cabbage

Cooking Instructions

in large stick nonstick skillet put your porkchops. then slice carrots thin on top of porkchops.then slice onions thin on top of carrots.then thick slice potatoes on top of carrots .then slice cabbage on top of potatoes.then salt and pepper to taste

put on bunner on high io get frying,then turn down to low simmering for 30 minutes.

this was my mother -in-laws favorite quick meal she was 93 she got it from the doctor that delivered her into this world iloved her very much.and lived with me till she died and taught me how to cook.
