Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 and 1/2 milk
  • butter
  • 4 slices deli turkey slices
  • 4 slices cheese ( swiss or munster)
  • 4 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 4 leave lettuce

Cooking Instructions

Begin By combining the eggs and the milk in a pan. Whisk them together with a fork.

Heat a skillet (low to medium) and add butter to coat the bottom of the pan.

Take the dijon mustard and the hot sauce and combine them in a small bowl.

Spread the mustard/ hot sauce mix on two slices of bread. The put the chese and the turkey and the lettuce on the bread. Make sure to tuck in the lettuce.

Put the two slices of bread together makin a sandwhich. Dip the sandwhich into the egg and milk mixture. Make sure the egg soaks in on both sides. About 15-20 seconds on both sides.

Put the sandwhich in the skillet letting it brown on both sides. The heat should be low so that the egg cooks through properly. After both sides are brown remove from the pan and cut in to halves. Enjoy!
