1-2-3 Baked Onion Dip Me!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Vidalia or Maui Onions
  • 1 lb. colby cheese
  • 1/2 c mayonaise
  • garlic salt, pepper
  • 3 clo chopped fresh garlic, optional

Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven to 400, chop onions, grate cheese, put into small square baking dish, enough mayonaise to evenly coat cheese and onions season to taste, sprinkle another layer of grated cheese on top and bake until golden and bubbly on top. Serve with pita or bagel chips! Yummy!

Recipe Notes

This is so easy and delicious! Great for any bring a dish party. If your not an onion fan you will be after this! Not for the diet conscious sorry.
