Chop Onion into medium sized chuncks (not small, not larger)
Place hamburger in a bowl, add chopped Onion, Italian Bread Crumbs and 3 raw eggs
Hand mix to evenly dispurse ingredence
Form 4 large paty's
Place patty's on a raised metal rack ontop of a cookie sheet
Bake Burgers for 20 to 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven
Last 4 minutes, place Valveta Cheese on top of burgers and slighly melt cheese
Place Burgers on (FRESH) Kaiser Rolls, add topings you prefer but I suggest: Only Ketsup & Mayonise on one bun and mustard on the opposite bun.
