Ingredients

  • 1 CUP THINLY SLICED CARROTS
  • 1 CUP DICED SWEET ONION
  • 1 CUP DICED CELERY
  • 2 CUPS DICED POTATO
  • 1 CUP DICED RED B. PEPPER
  • 1 10.5 OZ CAN CRM. CELERY SOUP
  • 2 TBS SEAFOOD SEASONING
  • 1/2 GALLON WHOLE MILK
  • 1/2 STICK SALTED BUTTER
  • 1 15 OZ CANNED PINK SALMON

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in a 4qt saucepan. Saute vegetables in butter and liquid from Salmon until tender. Add seafood seasoning and crumbled Salmon after removing bones and skin. Blend celery soup with milk and add to pot. Simmer 20 min. to blend flavors.

Recipe Notes

I enjoy fish stew but always experienced annoying indigestion after eating the traditional tomato based stew. I've had no problems with indigestion with this stew but still enjoy the fish flavor. A delicious and healthy alternative to tomato .
