mix chocolate cake mix as instructed on box. let cool completely.
after cake has cooled take a knife a stab at cake in different spots.
then pour condenced milk over cake.
take the cool whip and spread over the cake.
take the chocolate bar and grate it over the cool whip.
freeze until ready to eat.
