Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 whole dry Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cumin (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon any dried citrus Zest (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Annatto Powder or Saffron (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredient together in a bowl. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

Recipe Notes

Adobo is a Puerto Rican seasoning thats can be used for almost anything. It is mainly used in Latin and other Caribbean foods. Grate for rice, beans, meats and fish.
