Soak sunflower seeds overnite. Grind in grinder and blend with Rejuvelac to a thick paste. Let stand at room temperature all day.
Add to:
Mix all ingredients together. Season with basil, caraway seed, and dill seed. Form a loaf. Top with a tomato sauce or seed sauce. As an added attraction, you could grind up some pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and add to the loaf, but they are not a needed ingredient.
