"All Nuts" Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Peanut M&M candy
  • 1 cups walnut pieces
  • 1 cups Pecan pieces
  • 1 cups Macadamin nuts chopped
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 41/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 2 cups ea. white/light brown sugars
  • 4 sticks softened unsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat together butter both sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time; beating well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in m&ms all nuts until well inforced. Drop by 1/3 cup unto ungreased cookie sheet making 6-8 cookies per sheet in order to make large cookies to taste all the flavors of the cookie at once. cook for 9-11 mins. or until golden brown. Cool on rack

Recipe Notes

My late father enjoyed experimenting with pastries and came up with this cookie, he loved nuts!! So, we tried these one day and they were a big hit with the whole family, we made them large in order to enjoy all the nuts that the recipe called for. I hope
