Aloo ka bharta

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 6 Big Potatoes
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 tbsp Salt

Cooking Instructions

Boil Potatoes for 10 minutes and then mash those potatoes untill it's not lumpy

Add chopped onion oil and chillies. Mash them all together. Add salt to taste!

Hog on them!

Recipe Notes

Aloo ka bharta is an awesome Indian recipe. It is somewhat similar to American Mashed Potato, but much better ;-)
