Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 15 minutes. Combine all ingrediants, except olive oil, and form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Heat olive oil in large sautee pan.
Place meatballs in hot oil and brown on all sides. Drain briefly on paper towels and place in your favorite marinara sauce (or my Superb Spaghetti Sauce)
Continue simmering for 30 minutes before serving.
There's nothing like a good meatball and spaghetti dinner! These are uncomplicated and easy to make and tasty.
