Yummers!

When you get tired of the usual summer grilling, these are a wonderful alternative! I sometimes cook up Turkey Italian sausages, green peppers and serve them with the meatballs, my Superb Spaghetti Sauce and whole grain spaghetti. Bon Appetit!

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
