Brown ground turkey. Drain grease.
Follow instructions on taco seasoning and add chili powder & garlic salt. Add refried beans at 8 mins. of simmer. Bring back to simmer for 1 minute. Add chopped onions garlic and jalapenos. Bring to simmer for another minute or two.
Meanwhile crush tortilla chips to easy to manage bit sizes on each persons plate according to how big a portion they will eat. top with shredded cheddar and microwave just long enough to melt cheese.
Top with meat/veggie/bean mixture chopped tomatoes sour cream and chopped black olives. Serve warm.
I've been making this for around ten years. I came up with it out of a craving for something spicy. My husband and my extreamly picky 8 year old son love it too! Enjoy!
