Ingredients

  • Two LBS Ground lean Turkey meat
  • One cup Oatmeal
  • One cup Onion
  • One cup Red bell Pepper
  • One cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • Two Tbsp Worcestershere Sauce
  • One Tbsp Honey Dijon
  • One tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Garlic powder to taste

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350.

In a large bowl combine Turkey, oatmeal, onion, red pepper, celery, Egg Beaters, 1/4 cup* BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup* Ketchup, Worcestershere sauce, Honey Dijon, salt, pepper and garlic.

Mix well together well. Make sure not to over work.

Spray a non-stick Muffin tin with cooking spray.

Spoon Meatloaf mixture into the muffin tin. Creating small mounds in each cup.

Brush remaining BBQ sauce and ketchup on top of the mini meatloaves.

Bake them for appoximately 45 mins or until the centers of the meatloaves reads 170 degrees on a meat thermometer.

Let stand 5 mins and serve hot.

Worst Meatloaf Ever!

Sorry, but this is the worst meatloaf I have ever tasted! I did not like the flavor nor texture.
