Preheat the oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine Turkey, oatmeal, onion, red pepper, celery, Egg Beaters, 1/4 cup* BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup* Ketchup, Worcestershere sauce, Honey Dijon, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix well together well. Make sure not to over work.
Spray a non-stick Muffin tin with cooking spray.
Spoon Meatloaf mixture into the muffin tin. Creating small mounds in each cup.
Brush remaining BBQ sauce and ketchup on top of the mini meatloaves.
Bake them for appoximately 45 mins or until the centers of the meatloaves reads 170 degrees on a meat thermometer.
Let stand 5 mins and serve hot.
