Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sarah lees all butter pound cake
  • 2 sco vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 c mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tbl coolwhip
  • 1/4 c hot water
  • 1 tsp sugar

Cooking Instructions

First slice pound cake and put it in a bowl. scoop ice cream put it on top of pound cake. Put frozen barries, hot water and sugar into blender. Blend on puree or ice bracker mood, until like a smoothy or liquid (no chuncks unless desired). Poor over ice cream, add your whipped cream done! Tip: if you want low fat get a low butter pound cake and a low fat ice dream or even sorbet. also try a low fat whipped cream and the barries are natural healthy!

Recipe Notes

The berry sauce forms a little thin shell ontop of the ice cream. It has GEART taste!
