Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Pkg Chicken Top Ramen
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Pkg Top Ramen Chicken Seasoning (from package)
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

Crush Top Ramen while still in package.

Combile Cabbage and Top Ramen Noodles in Salad Bowl

Set aside

Mix in small bowl olive oil, Top Ramen chicken seasoning, rice vinegar and sugar. Let sit until sugar dissolves - approx. 10 minutes.

Pour dressing over salad.

Recipe Notes

Consider adding shredded chicken to salad for a light lunch treat.
