Cooking Instructions

Chop up the apples into very small chunks, about half the size of a dice. Put aside in a bowl with the cheedar cheese and bread crumbs and mix the ingredients together.

Flatten the chicken breasts until they are each 1/4 of an inch thick.

Divide the apple mixture up among the 4 chicken breasts and begin to roll it up. Secure the rolls ups with about 2 toothpicks. Spray a cooking tray with cooking spray and place the rollups on the tray.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once ready, place the tray in and let cook for 35 minutes. It might take longer so after 35 minutes, checck the chicken to see if still pink. If so, let cook for further time.
