1. In large bowl mix water, 2 tablespoons margarine and contents of fruit/seasoning mix pouch until margarine is melted. Add contents of stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 min.
2. Cut pocket in each chop. Spoon stuffing into pork chop pockets. Place chops in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
3. Bake at 350°F. for 25 min. Uncover.
4. Mix melted margarine, sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops. Bake 20 min. more or until chops are no longer pink.
