Ingredients

  • 2/12 to 3 lbs pork spare ribs
  • 2 cups apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

Cooking Instructions

place ribs meaty side up on rack over drip tray.

bake in convection oven at 350 for 50-60 minutes.

mix remaining ingredients until blended

remove and baste both sides with apricot sauce, turn temp down to 300, bake ribs 15-30 minutes longer,basting once or twice, serve extra sauce with ribs
