  • 1 cup canned apricot halves in light syrup
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Cooking Instructions

Blend apricot halves, ice cubes, yogurt and sugar in a blender until frothy.
