A Reliable Recipe

This is excellent. It originally came from Hellman's Mayonnaise Ad in Parade Magaginze. Get the Hellman's, it'll taste better (really). In Mayonaise, I think you really get what you pay for. Hellmans IS the best. GREAT Recipe. (And no, I do NOT work for Hellmans :))

I added this to the dip...

Love the recipe, but I also added equal amount of sour cream, with the mayonaise. It adds a lil' better flavor. Yummy !!!

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
