Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Bottled Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups fresh coleslaw mix
  • 4 burrito size flour tortilla

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together creamy italian salad dressing and grated ginger. Dividing evenly, place salad greens, rotisserie chicken & fresh coleslaw mix in the center of each tortilla: drizzle with dressing. Fold sides of each tortilla over filling, roll up. If desired, serve with Terra Chips, gherkins and olives.
