For Marinade: Combine first 6 ingredients.
Add salmon to marinade and turn to coat. Cover and place in the fridge for about 30 mins, turning once.
Remove salmon from marinade;reserve marinade. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add salmon, skin side down, and cook 3-4 mins. Turn salmon and cook another 3-4 mins, unitl just opaque. Remove from pan and cover with foil to keep warm.
Discard drippings from pan and pur remaining marinade into pan. Cook over med-low heat 2-3 mins, until thick and syrupy. Drizzle glaze over salmon and garnish with cilantro.
Light and fast! Letting the salmon marinade takes longer than actually preparing it.
