METHOD:
Preheat grill. Place steaks in a glass or non-reactive baking dish. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the tamari, onion, minced garlic, olive oil, cilantro, ginger, and mustard. Pour over the steaks and let sit for 15 minutes.
Grill the steaks for about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest at least 15 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add the crushed garlic and salt, and cook for 10 second. Add the bok choy and water, and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until cooked through, adding more water as needed to keep the bok choy from burning.
Round Out the Meal:
With roasted fingerling potatoes.
