Atsa Some Pizza Pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Mushroom slices, as you like
  • Green bell pepper slices, as you like
  • Onion slices, as you like
  • Chopped ham, as you like
  • One (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 recipe pizza dough (recipe in Bread section; see index)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Before placing dough on pizza pan, sprinkle pan with cornmeal. Stretch dough and place on pan. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, herbs, and peppers; spread evenly over dough. Spread cheese evenly over sauce, followed by pepperoni. The beauty of this meal is that you can create your own toppings! Add whatever you like on top. Once prepared, bake pizza in preheated oven until crust turns golden brown and cheese is fully melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.
