Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.

GREAT WITH MEXI NIGHT!I left out the eggs and added some chopped red and green peppers it went great with chicken enchilladas. My kids even loved it. |

Simply Fantastic! Always a hit at my house.I've made this one for years and it's always a huge hit. At the holidays I have to make several because everyone wants one to take home. I Jiffy Cornbread mix. It couldn't be any easier to make. For a little variety you can add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese. |
