Awsome pb and j sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2+ Bread
  • cinnamon sugar mix
  • butter
  • your favorite jelly or preserve
  • peanut butter

Cooking Instructions

First spread out a sheet of foil and spray some non-stick spray on it. Next, layout 2 or more slices of bread ( any kind will do) and cover the top side only with a light covering of butter just in the center.

Next take a pinch or two of confectioners sugar sprinkle ove the top of the bread slices. Do the same with the cinnamon. all the slices of bread are covered to your liking. Once

Next place the bread in the broiler for 40 seconds until sides are slightly brown. If 40 seconds is not long enough add another 15 to 30 seconds extra. until browned on edges only. Once browned take out of broiler and flip the bread over and repeat.

After bread is done take out of oven and turn off the broiler. Then take your favorite peanut butter and spead as much on half the back side of bread. ( no sugar mix side) Do the same on the other side with the jelly or preserve. Top with the other slice of bread sugar mix side up and enjoy.
