Cooking Instructions

To marinate, put the ribs in a pan and add lemon juice and olive oil. (more lemon juice than olive oil) Let the ribs sit for a couple of hours or overnight.

Just BBQ them and eat...NO fancy stuff or sauce...just good taste....just eat them.... Why people need more sauce???? Greeks "don't" do sauce....

I LOVE YOUR RECIPE

I served these ribs at my restaurant as a Special one night, I served it with a Greek Salad, Tzatziki and roasted potatoes and my guests loved it. I don't care what you call them, I prefer these ribs to the messy BBQ ribs and so did all my guests that had them as well.

Shame on you

I looked at all the Greek recipes and it is a disgrace and a shame to put out such trashy recipes and call them Greek... My mom is from Athens and i can tell what you have here is a disgrace to all the wonderful Geek recipes that are out there... my advise to you is get out and find some recent Greek Food

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
