To marinate, put the ribs in a pan and add lemon juice and olive oil. (more lemon juice than olive oil) Let the ribs sit for a couple of hours or overnight.
Just BBQ them and eat...NO fancy stuff or sauce...just good taste....just eat them.... Why people need more sauce???? Greeks "don't" do sauce....

I don't care what you call them, I prefer these ribs to the messy BBQ ribs and so did all my guests that had them as well. |
