Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Baby Back Ribs
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 T Salt
  • 2 T Black Pepper
  • 2 T Paprika
  • 2 T Dry Mustard
  • 1 Jar Mild Sweet Barbeque Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Remove membrane from ribs.

Mix all dry ingredients well and rub into the ribs on both sides.

Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator overnight.

At cooking time, unwrap and place in smoker. Smoke over mesquite coals and maintain water in water pan for 2&1/2 to 3 hours.

Serve with barbeque sauce or eat plain.
