with a 4qt. pot of boiling water, boil your eggs for 10 minutes. Shell your eggs and dice, adding the mayonaisse, mustard and capers (fresh ground pepper to taste). While your eggs are boiling you can fry your bacon crisp. Assemble your sandwich and Viola!!!
