preheat over 350 degrees. Put foil in a 9x9 pan or a large enough pan to fit 2 whole fish
clean fish gutted scaled and gills removed. Season fish with salt and pepper cut under belly to stuff fish with veggies.
stuff fish with veggies then wrap 3 pieces of bacon around fish to keep stuffing in. The veggies you have left over put on top of fish.
pour white wine in the bottom of the pan with foil cover fish with foil put in oven for about 25mins to 30 or until fish is flaky.
serve fish over rice with spinich and hot water cornbread or garlic bread.
This is a nice healthy meal, the smoked bacon makes this delicous.
