Bagel Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Pepperidge Farm® 100% Whole Wheat Bagels , split
  • 1 clove garlic , cut in half
  • 1 tomato , seeded and diced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

BRUSH oil on bagel halves.

BROIL for 2 to 3 min. or until toasted. Rub garlic over toasted bagels.

MIX tomato and basil in small bowl. Season to taste with black pepper.

DIVIDE tomato mixture between bagels.
