Bring tomato sauce brown sugar vinegar mustard pepper flakes and salt to a boil in sauce pan. Reduce heat and let simmer until thickened and reduced. Adjust seasonings to taste. Trim excess fat from ham and score. Brush with sauce and place in 300 degree oven. Baste with sauce every 40 minutes and bake until heated thru. Serve with extra sauce.
This ham has graced my Easter table every year for the past 15 years. My guests rave about it and it tastes great with cheesy scalloped potatos, fresh green beans with onion, and all the traditional Easter fixin's!
