Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, baked and the pulp mashed by hand
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 small green bell peppers, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 1 tsp Special Garam Masala #1
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the potatoes and keep warm.

In a large bowl, combine the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Add the mashed potatoes while they are as hot as possible, along with all of the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Allow the spices to blend for 15 minutes.

Serve with a dal and chapatis.
