In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.

Baked Salmon III doubled the recipe because I had a 1 lb. piece of King Salmon that was flash frozen in Anchorage. My husband doesn't even like Salmon and he loved it. Because it was a larger piece, I cut it into 4 even pieces and cooked all four in one packet for about 50 minutes. |

DELICIOUS AND MOIST!We used wild caugh Keta Salmon. It was delicious using this marinade. I cooked .9 pounds for 35 minutes. It turned out so moist! |
