great easy scallop dish

this was so easy to make and tasted like something you would get at a seafood restuarant. It may need more garlic, but double the recipe for a family , it's really yummy!

Fast, Easy and Good!

Neither difficult nor time consuming, I made this as a quick lunch and was very pleased with it. I doubled it, but unfortunately, I could have used a wee bit more garlic for my taste.
