Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a casserole dish. Bake until the butter has melted.
Set the shrimp in the dish. Bake, covered, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
