Pre-heat oven to 350. Cut chicken in half & and wipe chicken w/damp paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients begin w/sour cream- end w/black pepper.
add chicken to above mixture 1 piece @ a time coating each piece well.
Let stand covered in the refrig overnight to marinate & fork holes in chicken to allow sauce to pentrate chicken. If baking immediately, cover loosely w/foil.
Remove chicken from sour cream. Rolll in crumbs, evenly coating each piece.
Arrange chicken in single layer in large, shallow baking pan- no need to spray pan w/oil.
melt butter & oil in small sauce pan or microwave. Spoon 1/2 of mixture over chichen. Save balance till baked 45mins.
Bake chicken, uncovered 45 mins. (if chicken was marinated overnight in refrig) If not, then cover chicken w/alumn. foil loosely.
Remove chicken from oven & spoon rest of butter/oil mixture over chicken. Return to oven & bake apx. 10-15 minutes or until chicken is nicely browned. Perfect & easy everytime.
