Ingredients

  • 4 small acorn squash
  • Margarine

Cooking Instructions

Wash squash, cut in half and remove seeds. Place halves in bottom of oven with cut sides up. You might need two ovens for adequate space. Place a teaspoon of margarine in each squash half.

Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes; check doneness with knife blade.
