Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Peel and cut up potatoes into 2 inch pieces and place in boiling water. Cook until just done and then drain.
Meanwhile fry pork beef garlic and onion.
Place sauce stewed tomatoes spices and olive oil in separate pot and cook on low for 10 minutes. Then add meat garlic and onion. Stir. Add peas. Stir.
Cook Ziti only until half way done.
Do not overcook! Drain.
In large glass pan pour in pasta.
Add sauce mixture. Mix.
Add Parm. Cheese. Mix.
Add potatoes. Stir in carefully until mixed with pasta.
Sprinkle Mozzerella cheese on top of mixture evenly.
Cover pan with foil. Make sure that foil does not rest on top of Mozzerella cheese.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Spoon out mixture with large spoon onto each plate.
