1). Combine granulated sugar and butter in a mixing bowl. Beat till fluffy with a paddle attachment.
2). Add eggs and beat until they form a thick ribbon when the beater is raised. Sift together flour and baking soda.
3). Alternately add flour/soda and buttermilk. Add bananas. Add vanilla.
4). Dredge nuts in a small amount of flour and add to batter.
5). Pour into a buttered quick bread loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees till a toothpick comes out clean.

Needs revisionWhat is the cooking time? And the pan size seems too small. I have been waiting for almost 45 minutes and it isn't done - 12 minutes has to be a mistake. I have better recipes than this! |

AwesomeI loved it. my family ate the entire thing in one day!!! the only problem i had was that the cooking time you put was about half the time i needed to cokk it. And to Cfsdds, cup one half means 1/2 a cup. he just put 'cup' before the measurement, not after. |
