Grate 1⁄2 tsp peel and squeeze 3 Tbsp juice from limes. Mix in a medium bowl with cilantro, scallion, pepper, honey and pepper sauce.
Just before serving: Peel and dice bananas. Add to bowl; gently toss to mix.
Great with chicken, pork or fish.
