
MIX egg substitute, milk and vanilla in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Add bread and let soak 3 to 5 min.
SPRAY large skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add bread and cook until browned on both sides.
PLACE 1 toast on plate. Top with 1/2 the banana and another toast. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and 1/2 cup blueberries. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve with syrup.
TIP: *Also delicious with Pepperidge Farm® Multi-Grain Natural Whole Grain Bread.
**For cinnamon-sugar: combine 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
