Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
  • 3/4 CUPS SUGAR
  • 1 LARGE EGG
  • 1 TSP VANILLA
  • 1/3 CUP MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1/4 CUP CONFECTIONARY SUGAR
  • 1 OZ UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE MELTED
  • 2 TBS FLOUR

Cooking Instructions

MIX BUTTER, SUGAR, EGG, AND VANILLA IN MIXER. ADD FLOUR,SODA AND SALT. DIVIDE DOUGH IN HALF. MIX CHOCOLATE AND 2 TBS FLOUR INTO 1/2 OF DOUGH. ROLL CHOCOLATE DOUGH INTO14 X 20 RECTANGLE ON WAX PAPER. ROLL OTHER HALF OF DOUGH AND PLACE WHITE RECTANGLE ON TOP OF CHOCOLATE. ROLL UP LENGTHWISE IN WAX PAPER. CUT INTO TWO PIECES AND PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT. CUT INTO 1/4 IN SLICES AND BAKE AT 425 FOR APROX 10 MINUTES
