Cut bacon slices into small pieces. Fry until crisp. At this time either drain the fat and add butter/margarine or retain the fat and add one cube of butter/margarine. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Add the remaining seasonings and chili powder and crab boil.
Let cool and add shrimp. Marinate overnight. Adjust seasonings to taste. Either bake in oven at 350 or cook on top of stove until shrimp are done.
