CUT ribs into serving pieces. Place ribs in saucepot. Cover with water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 30 min. Drain.
MIX gravy, barbecue sauce and brown sugar in large bowl. Add ribs. Toss gently to coat.
PLACE ribs on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-hot coals. Grill uncovered 10 min., turning once and brushing with gravy mixture occasionally.
TIP: Use sauce to baste when grilling chicken.
