Steps:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Heat the oil with the garlic gently pressed and the pepper flakes.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and basil, simmer for five minutes. Season with salt and discard garlic clove.
4. Cook pasta according to the directions. Drain and toss with the sauce. Garnish with freshly grated Pecorino cheese.
